The location of the cottage was great, close to shops and amenities. The beautiful garden and outside space was a definite advantage, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The cottage was equipped with all the necessary facilities, including Wi-Fi, a fully functional kitchen, and a comfortable bed. The view from the cottage was amazing, and the spacious bedroom added to the overall comfort of the stay.
There were a few disappointments during our stay. Some of the furniture was worn out, with wobbly table legs and a less-than-fresh rug in the lounge.

had a peaceful break in penrith, and this time river cottage was even better than before. loved sitting in the delightful garden, listening to the river. comfy bed, good wifi, and all facilities provided. great location and lots of helpful brochures. a truly enjoyable stay.
road noise a bit intrusive
